Hello Squadron Members and All Intersted in Entering the Battle of the Builders at RCX (www.rcx.com)!!!
This weekend March 12 and 13 is the RCX Expo and the “Battle of the Builders” Scale Static competition. We hope that you plan to bring your aircraft to win cash prizes and plaques. If you plan to drop off your aircraft on Friday, set up will begin no sooner than 1pm. All forms of scale aircraft are welcome, civilian and military, Detailed ARFs are welcome too.

EVENT MOVE-IN
Friday, March 11 1PM-8PM
UNLOADING DURING MOVE-IN
Exhibitors will be permitted to pull up alongside
buildings on Friday during move-in to unload
display items. On Saturday & Sunday, exhibitors
will need to park in the festival asphalt lot and
wheel/carry items into the buildings.
We are in the Huntington Beach Building.
SHOW HOURS
Saturday, March 12 10AM-5PM
Sunday, March 13 10AM-4PM
*Exhibitors will be permitted entry one hour
prior to the above listed show hours.
EVENT MOVE-OUT
Sunday, March 13 4PM-8PM
Once the show is over and the public has left,
exhibitors will be permitted to drive vehicles and
trailers up alongside buildings to move-out.
EXHIBITOR PARKING
Festival asphalt: 2-Day pass=$10 per vehicle
Pass can be bought at Show Office during
set-up day. Pass won’t be required on set-up day.
Trailer parking will be in the festival asphalt lot
