EVENT MOVE-IN/SETUP TIMES!!!!!
Friday, May 15 1PM-6PM

UNLOADING DURING MOVE-IN
Exhibitors will be permitted to pull up alongside buildings on Friday during move-in to unload display items. On Saturday & Sunday during show hours, exhibitors will need to park in the festival asphalt lot and wheel/carry items into the buildings. It’s 10 dollars for a 2-day exhibitor parking pass for this area. Purchased at the Show Office.

EVENT MOVE-OUT
Sunday, May 17 4PM-8PM
Once the show is over and the public has left, exhibitors will be permitted to drive vehicles and trailers up alongside buildings to move-out.

EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN
Mike will check in and get wrist bands. As you come in to drop off your plane, Mike will distribute the wrist bands whe you come to the booth.

Saturday, May 16 10AM-5PM
Sunday, May 17 10AM-4PM
*Exhibitors will be permitted entry one hour
prior to the above listed show hours.

One last thing… The cash awards are good and there are more categories this year like Stick/tissue planes. So, we really hope if you can, you come on out Friday and enter!!!!
